Job Title: Customer Service Representative ($15 - $18/ per hour based on experience
Department: Fixed Operations
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service to our Service Department customers. Ability to communicate effectively with clear and precise oral and written communication skills. Ability to work using a computer. Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations. Excellent interpersonal skills which demonstrate a customer service-oriented attitude. Must be able to work with and assist all types of personalities and constituencies.
