Job Purpose: Focusing on companies with a fleet of vehicles between 2-125 vehicles and who desire to out-source their fleet management services.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrating ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and rapport building techniques with customers.
• Provides management pertinent customer information.
• Achieve sales goals through referrals; various forms of marketing; and sales presentations that define the value of fleet management to key decision      makers.
• Responsible for influencing the buying decision and exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism.
• Developing the sales support team that completes the performance level of the department.
• Maintaining high standards to create excellent customer satisfaction (CSI). Prompt handling of customer complaints to complete satisfaction.
• Ability to influence/persuade others and gain acceptance/approval of innovative ideas
       and concepts.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Must have Ford experience
• Customer Focus.
• Good knowledge of automobiles a plus.
• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Effective people skills.
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures.
• Meet Production Goals.
• Good time management skills with the aptitude of meeting all targets.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Service Advisor experience a must.
• Superior customer interaction skills.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug screen.
