Payroll Specialist w/ HR Experience

The World Class Automotive Group is conducting a search for an experienced Automotive Payroll Processor with Human Resources Experience. This position offers a competitive compensation program and benefit package!!

Job Description

• Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
• Poll electronic time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact various department supervisors for any missed items.
• Process transfer of payroll data to Reynolds & Reynolds.
• Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.
• Employee onboarding 
• Benefits & 401K administration
• Ensure compliance (FLMA, ADA, EEOC)
• Maintain employee files

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounting experience as an Payroll Processor (Dealership Exp preferred)
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytically skills, as well as to be detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR and payroll employment laws, regulations and compliance
• Confidentiality required.
• Must have strong communications, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, or the equivalent, is expected
• Proficient in Reynolds and Reynolds strongly desired.
