Switchboard Phone Operator / Showroom Receptionist
This part-time position is customer service focused. It requires good communications skills and a pleasant speaking voice to handle a diverse range of customer calls and inquiries. The applicant must demonstrate proficiency in managing a switchboard and quickly understand the various departments within the dealership so callers can be properly directed. Must have a polished professional appearance, and take pleasure in assisting others by providing information or finding out information for them. The position greets customers from reception desk in the Showroom, interacts with visiting vendors, intereacts with sales team and all managers. The applicant must be able to sit for extended periods of time,do minor lifting or bending in work area, be able to write legible notes or messages and perform basic administrative skills. Spanish language helpful, but not essential. The current schedule is 4:30pm - 7:00pm Monday - Friday. (This schedule may possibly be modified in the future to include more hours.)
Compensation Plan:
Hourly wage based on pertinent experience $10 to $12
