Customer Care Coordinator

 

Our New Car Sales Department is searching for an ideal candidate to be named a Customer Care Coordinator. This position has immediate availability and is a critical part of the customer experience in that they are often the last person to touch the customer before the customer drives away in their new vehicle. This person is specifically responsible for teaching the customer how to sync their Smart Phone with their vehicle and how to use all the other elements of the My Touch navigation, climate, communication, safety & diagnostic system available in our new vehicles. The position reports to the New Car Manager. There is opportunity for further promotion in either Sales or Service.

The qualifications we are looking for include:
* Previous Customer Service Experience in a retail setting
* Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
* Technical Knowledge & Computer Literate ie: Smart Phones, IPhone, IPad, Microsoft, etc.
* High energy level and generally fit as this requires lots of walking around & getting in and out of vechicles quickly
* Detailed oriented, process oriented, highly organized
* Professional appearance / well groomed

*Personable with warm voice & manner, good phone skills & heart for learning new skills

* No sales required * Includes training

* Base Salary + Commission ($30,000-40,000)
* 5 day week, benefits
