Automotive Biller Immediate Hire

Planet Ford Dallas has an outstanding opportunity for a full time results-focused and driven Biller. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Receive all deals from New, Pre-Owned and Finance Departments
• Verify deal contents and communicate with Sales & F&I team for items needed for compliance and accuracy
• Distribute lender packets for funding through RouteOne
• Issue and overnight checks for payoffs on trade-ins
• Post all sales transactions to accounting and dealership DMS.
• Maintain multiple schedules including; Contract in Transit, Incentives, Payoff's, etc..
• Assist with other functions in accounting as needed

Requirements:

• Automotive Accounting and Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred
• Some billing experience preferred, but not required.  Willing to train the right person.
• Computer proficiency required
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work with little supervision with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Valid Texas Drivers License
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background and drug screen
