The World Class Automotive Group is conducting a search for an experienced Dealership Accounting HR/Payroll. This position offers a competitive compensation program and benefit package.

Job Description

  • Responsible for weekly and semi-monthly processing of payroll.
  • Ability to calculate commissions and monthly bonuses.
  • Ability to multi-task assisting needs of two dealer locations.
  • Process Employee Benefits and 401K.
  • Issue PTO Requests and clock time adjustments. 
  • Move candidates through hiring process and onboarding in a timely manner.
  • General Accounting projects.

Job Requirements

  • Dealership experience required
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred, but will train if needed
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytically skills, as well as to be detail-oriented. 
  • Must have strong communications, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a valid driver's license, valid social, able to pass a background check and able to pass a drug test.
