Rental Car Agent - Planet Ford - Spring

We are looking for a punctual, knowledgeable, driven, and friendly individual with an exceptional attitude to assist us with our rental car process.

Job Description

Assist clients with rental process and documents
Manage 200+ vehicles in our rental fleet
Relocation of vehicles around the dealership lot
Customer Service with a smile
Assign, file, and manage rental agreements and vehicle documents

Job Requirements

Most have prior rental vehicle experience

Punctual with a positive attitude
Friendly disposition
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to multitask
Willingness to take direction form management
Great listener and time management skills
Excellent computer skills
