Key Accountability Areas: 1) Respond to Internet Lead Inquiries. 2) Short and Long Term Follow-Up. 3) Input all clients in Customer Management system. 4) Follow proven sales processes. 5) Ensure a superior client experience. 6) Follow up with all sold and un-sold clients.

Compensation Plan: 1) Commission based. 2) Customer Satisfaction bonuses. 3) Unit Volume bonuses. 4) Finance commissions. 5) Training. 6) Training Pay Period.
