About the Job Vehicle Technology/Delivery Specialist.
Key Accountability Areas:
1) Collect required information to print temporary license and registration.
2) Master the use of the CRM, TxDot, and other relevant tools.
3) Complete SYNC registration when equipped.
4) Knowledge of the Ford Pass App to assist customers with Sync Connect in their vehicle.
5) Review all of the features and functions, manuals, and keys with the customer.
6) Ensure a clear understanding with Customer of safety and features.
7) CSI understanding and its importance.
8) Follow-up with Customers.
Compensation Plan:
30-35 Hours per week, potential for full time
