PART-TIME GREETER/RECEPTIONIST
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven, friendly outgoing individual looking for convenient part-time evening and weekend hours. The Greet/Receptionist will hospitably greet all clients and operate the switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Professionally answer incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriately with the Company.
Understands and follows the greeter process by greeting and directing all visiting customers to the appropriate department, i.e. service, accouting, sales
Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
Directs clients to lounge, and refers clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates
Diffuses client concerns and directs to the appropriate member for assistance
Attends department meetings as needed
Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
Ensures that the dealership showroom and customer lounge areas are neat
Performs other duties as assigned
HOURS:
Monday - Friday (4pm-8pm) and
Saturday (9am-7pm)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
