This full-time position is available to an individual who would enjoy supporting departmental organization at a busy Automotive Collision Center.
Our high-volume, high-energy Collision Center includes Estimators, Technicians, Technician Assistants, Cashiers all assisting customers and vendors with repair of damaged vehicles.
Specific responsibilities of this position include:
- Schedule customer appointments for drop offs and estimates
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Assist in collecting payments for customer accounts
- coordinate customer pickups with rental companies
- Answering and directing customer and vendor inquiries (face to face or via phone)
- General filing/admin support to Department Manager and Estimators
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Positive energy, voice tone and attitude towards customers and team members
- Light lifting with standing, sitting and walking throughout the day
