Mission Statement:
To guide retail sales clients through the proven sales process. To ensure a superior sale, aftermarket, finance and follow up for each retail client.
Key Accountability Areas:
1) Prospect Fleet Accounts through the State of Oklahoma
2) Input all clients in Customer Management system
3) Follow proven sales processes
4) Ensure a superior client experience
5) Follow up with all sold and un-sold clients
6) Continuous employee training
Compensation Plan:
1) Commission based
2) Customer Satisfaction bonuses
3) Unit Volume bonuses
4) Paid training
5) Finance commissions
