Position Mission Statement:
To field retail internet sales leads, follow leads through a proven sales process, facilitate vehicle sales and ensure a superior sales and service experience.
Key Accountability Areas:
1) Input all clients in Customer Management system
2) Follow proven sales processes
3) Ensure a superior client experience
4) Follow up with all sold and un-sold clients
5) Continuous employee training
Compensation Plan:
1) Commission based
2) Customer Satisfaction bonuses
3) Unit Volume bonuses
4) Paid training
