Income Potential

$100K+ per year based on experience and productivity

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions
Perform transmission removals, installations, and overhauls efficiently
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot transmission-related issues
Conduct system tests to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance
Follow factory-recommended repair procedures and guidelines
Inspect and replace worn or damaged transmission components
Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and services performed
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Stay up to date with Ford transmission technologies and service bulletins
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of transmission repair experience (Ford experience preferred)
ASE or manufacturer certifications highly desirable
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
