Office / Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office / Accounting Assistant to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our office and accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- General Bookkeeping for multiple entities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and process checks, invoices and expense reports
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Collect and distribute mail from post office and bank deposits
- Provide general administrative support
-Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and scanning
-Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous Bookkeeping experience preferred
- QuickBooks Experience preferred
- Ability to exercise extreme discretion and maintain confidentiality. Employee will be required to execute a non-disclosure agreement.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to perform account reconciliation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members

-Valid Texas Drivers License
