We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dedicated individuals for a full time  position as a Delivery Specialist. The Delivery Specialist assists our Sales Department in maintaining a high customer satisfaction standard through explanation of features and functions of new vehicles to their new owners. The ideal candidates will be tech-savvy and customer service oriented. They will work closely with the sales staff in providing a truly excellent delivery experience

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Deliver newly purchased vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of the vehicle features, *
• Train customers on the use of the features, functions and technology available on their new vehicle.
• Ensure vehicles are in "ready to deliver" condition
• Maintain high standard of delivery quality
• Confirms delivery of correct vehicle as matched to appropriate paperwork
• Assist to address customer concerns or complaints

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Excellent customer service focus
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Good problem solving skills
• High energy level, positive attitude, and the desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to gaining an in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles, features, and technology
