Customer Service Specialist

Planet Ford 59 located in Humble, TX is looking for an outgoing, customer driven Customer Service Specialist.

The Service Concierge’s main responsibility is to act as a personal assistant to the customer during their time at the dealership. Planet Ford 59 in Humble is one of the Top Ford Dealerships in the Houston area. This individual will be one of the dealerships front line employees and responsible for ensuring the customers’ needs are fulfilled and they are satisfied with their time and service at the dealership.

General Duties will include but not limited to:

• Greeting Guest
• Directing customers to the right person or department
• Offering and delivering coffee or water to the customers
• Answering phones
• Ensure customers are receiving excellent service
• Ensure their request have been fulfilled
• Working 40-50 hours per week

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication Skills
• Fun and Energetic
• Must have a positive attitude and do your job with a smile
• Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Excellent Customer Service
• Phone, computer and administration skills
• Able to multitask and work in a face paced environment

Pay will be determined based on experience and skill set. It will range from 10-12 dollars.
