Service Appointment Specialist – Park Cities Ford/Lincoln

We are only considering candidates with automotive experience with Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK computer experience.

We are seeking a service appointment specialist that will receive all incoming service calls, establishes relationships with customers and schedule appointments for our Service Department.

The Responsibilities

Ask the customer questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately
Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly
Make service appointments if service consultants are unavailable, route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant
Provide reporting to dealership management

Requirements

CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds experience
Automotive retail service center experience
Ability to multi task
Customer service skills
