Customer Service Automotive Consultant – Randall Reed’s Planet Ford 635

Randall Reed’s Planet Ford 635 is family owned and in need of quality individuals to staff our growing organization. 

We are seeking automotive customer service consultants to learn product knowledge and assist customers in ordering their next vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Must be a motivated, self-driven, self-starter with excellent communication skills to reach out to targeted customers in the dealership database to order vehicles.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments to get appraisal on current vehicle.
• Assist customers with vehicle product knowledge and options available on each trim level.
• Knowledgeable in the Ford Vehicle Order Process and remain in contact with customer updating customer on vehicle updates and changes.

Requirements:

• Required to become certified in Ford New Vehicle Product Knowledge via online classes.
• Remain up to date on product knowledge, market trends, certifications as well as track progress towards goals.
• Learn the dealership CRM program and be able to navigate the database.
• Learn phone knowledge on interacting with current incentives available to offer to clients.
• Work Schedule is Monday – Saturday with Sundays off and one day off during the week.

We are located in Garland, TX and have RAD-Rides our aftermarket lifted truck company and Garland Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center. Planet Ford 635 is heavily involved in the community and hosts several events outdoors each year benefiting our local veteran and first responders.
