Position Mission Statement:  To guide retail sales clients through the proven sales process. To ensure a superior sale, aftermarket, finance and follow up for each retail client.  
Daily Tasks Include:

Input all clients into Customer Management System
Follow proven sales processes
Ensure a superior client experience
Follow up with all sold and un-sold clients

Service Tech – Automotive
We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs. To be a success at our dealership, you need to have solid skills and solid ethics. We also know that to keep a good service tech, a dealership has to treat them right by paying them well and offering room for learning and advancement. Here, you’ll work alongside some of the best in the business and make great money while doing it. If you love diagnosing and repairing vehicles while maintaining a positive attitude, then let’s talk!
Job Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose vehicles including Motor Homes and Large trucks 
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
Plan work in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor estimates to service advisor
Monitor repair time and update service advisor
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Operator Driver License
State Inspection License
Dot Inspection License 
CDL liscense  not required but prefered

Allstate at Prestige Ford Garland is looking for a full time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with selling and quoting and must have an excellent phone voice and demeanor with excellent communication and written skills along with a positive attitude and healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.

Duties may typically include:

Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes
Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
Processing payments & reporting claims
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
Other Duties as Required or Assigned
Requirements:
Licensed P&C Agent
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Must have ability to multi-task
Must love sales
Must be organized
Must work well with others in small office environment
Must have positive attitude
Must possess strong work ethic
