Position: Service Valet / Service Assistant
Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
Installs protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
Washes and cleans vehicles as needed.
Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
Helps maintain shop cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.
Dealer Trades.
Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
No experience necessary. We are willing to train.
Unrestricted Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
Highly professional and dependable.
Excellent communication, customer service skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Previous experience in a similar role a plus.
Must be customer service oriented.
Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
Ability to multi-task.

We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to purchase, sell, store and issue parts within our busy dealership. Sure, you’ll need to be good at ordering parts and maintaining inventory, but you’ll also need excellent people skills when dealing with customers and internal staff. Job Responsibilities
Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
Create and modify purchase orders
Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendor to order parts
Record warranty parts returned
Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technician or client upon receipt
Review special order parts tracking
Process and close open invoices
Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory
Attend weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

Job Summary
The Heavy Vehicle Service Technician performs maintenance, diagnostics and repair on a variety of different makes and models of medium/ heavy duty vehicles.
Principal Accountabilities
Perform heavy equipment maintenance activities including installation, repair, trouble-shooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
Conduct repairs in a timely and effective manner, communicating effectively with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure optimal efficiency
Provide input and data for processing work orders, invoices, equipment repair records, and activity reports
Maintain organized and safe work area and shop tools.
Maintain a high level of integrity while performing the day to day maintenance.
It is important that you are a team player who can share their knowledge and cross train into other aspects of our industry.
Knowledge & Skills
Minimum of One (1) years of experience in medium/ heavy duty automotive/truck maintenance and repair OR completion of accredited vocational technical school program
Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair

The Heavy Vehicle Service Technician performs maintenance, diagnostics and repair on a variety of different makes and models of medium/ heavy duty vehicles.
Principal Accountabilities
Perform heavy equipment maintenance activities including installation, repair, trouble-shooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance

Responsibilities
Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures
Clear and pleasant speaking voice, English required, bi-lingual a plus
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
Update telephone directory
Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates
Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate
Attend department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

To inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Execute basic care maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.
Job Duties:
Testing to check whether systems and components are secure and are working properly.
Isolating the systems or components that might have caused the problem.
Driving the vehicle for testing purposes or using various equipment, including hand-held and onboard compression gauges or diagnostic computers.
Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.
Repairing or replacing worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage.
Following a checklist in ensuring that, they examine each critical part of the vehicle.
Watching or inspecting closely parts like hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other possible troublesome items.
Using power tools like pneumatic wrenches in order to remove bolts easily and quickly.
Using machine tools, such as grinding machines and lathes to rebuild brakes.
Using common hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers, to work on small-scale parts.
Skills/Qualifications
Ability to identify the problem quickly.
Good knowledge of automobiles.
Effective analytical and communication skills.
Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Job Requirements
Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
Technical degree preferred
ASE certifications preferred
Minimum of 1 year in service department
Enjoy working in a fact paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
