Ford Diesel Tech - Experienced
Our team is currently looking for an experienced Diesel Technician-Diesel Mechanic to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Requirements

Honest, Reliable, Hard working, and Punctual
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive repair or service--(1 year Diesel)
Tools required to perform repairs and services
Perform all types of engine, brake,drive train, electrical, A/C and diesel repairs
Must be able to work independently
Prefer Ford certified technician with Ford vehicle experience
ASE certifications if not Ford certified
Must have a valid driver's license that meets third party insurance carrier's insurability standards

Walk around vehicle with new car customers and inspect their vehicles after being detailed inside and out to ensure quality and informative technology delivery process.
Schedule Monday – Saturday with Sundays off and one day off during the week.
Looking to hire ASAP for the Automotive Delivery Coordinator Position.
Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicle for sings, scratches, dents, stains, spots
Receive and process license plates from the title clerks and reach out to customers to let them know when plates have arrived. 
Install plates and registration sticker for customers.
Follow up with customers on their experience to ensure they are satisfied and inform GSM of any customer service issues.
Coordinate with sales consultant regarding any concerns that may arise during delivery.
Help customers set-up the FordPass Smartphone application to work with their vehicle when compatible.
Assist customers on the service drive who are having any technical issues with SYNC System.
Creating daily and monthly spreadsheet reports for customer feedback scores as well as key tracking and other delivery-relevant information.
Printing temporary license plates for new car customers.
Stocking and keeping track of vehicle packets in the inventory closet.

Perform multipoint inspections

Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors

Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles using hand- or compressed-air powered grease guns

Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentiasl, rear axle housings and shackles

Check tire pressure

Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants

Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil

Add water to radiator and battery

Replace oil and air filters

Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct

Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals

Must meet dealership’s requirements for employment

Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information

Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance

Job Purpose: Responsible for supervising F&I Contractors, developing and maintaining the proper presentation of finance programs, and offering 100% of all products and services beneficial to Customer while maintaining company objectives. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to offer the Customer the most competitive rate available while maintaining ethical and legal compliance at all times. Maintains complete document requirements, closes all contracts, and ensures funding on a timely basis.
Job Duties:

Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments. 
Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

Is looking to add Service Porters to our Ford Family, to ensure customer satisfaction.
DUTIES OF SERVICE PORTERS:

Preparing vehicles to be serviced by putting down mats and plastic to protect interiors, making key tags and driving vehicles from service lanes to the service stalls.
Moving vehicles not currently being serviced and keeping an orderly area so that vehicles can be easily found and moved.
Retrieving newly - serviced vehicles for customers.
Keep vehicle lots clean and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Remove all debris throughout dealership.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFIED SERVICE PORTER:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. There is on-the-job training.
Must be able to operate standard shift and must be neat and courteous to customers.
Must have valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
